保3樂觀！台綜院上修GDP

台灣綜合研究院今天上修今年經濟成長率至3.1%，較去年12月中旬預測的2.81%上修0.29個百分點，也是繼台灣經濟研究院和中華經濟研究院後，第3個認為台灣今年GDP可「保3」的智庫，尤其離經建目標3.2%僅一步之遙，顯示景氣復甦態勢持續樂觀。

台綜院長吳再益認為，全球景氣逐漸回升，且國內經濟活動延續去年第4季以來增溫的態勢並日趨活絡，各項經濟指標均轉好，更看好下半年經濟展望漸入佳境。

台綜院指出，國內勞動市場好轉，失業率和失業人數均降至近年低點，儘管經常性薪資未能明顯調升，但民眾對經濟成長的信心已有所提升。

另外，台綜院估今年消費者物價指數(CPI)年增率為1.46%，不過仍須留意，在國際景氣好轉下，國際原物料價格已見上漲趨勢，下半年的物價壓力恐更為明顯。
