夏天到 台北市飆今年最高溫

新高溫！台北市在今(17)日下午14:21飆出今年最高溫36.3度，氣象局氣象預報中心主任鄭明典說，今天的低層環境風場為偏南風，不利海風吹入，所以氣溫就上升的很明顯！

除了台北高溫飆破36度外，氣象局觀測，台東大武在12:10溫度為35.6度、板橋在11:52溫度則為35.4度、台東14:36溫度35.2度、基隆也在14:12飆出35度的高溫。

鄭明典在臉書發文說，「台北的高溫」，路上迎面而來的熱風，加上陣陣強風，顯然這是上層強風區的空氣被帶下地面層的結果，和太陽加熱的熱對流有關。今天的低層環境風場為偏南風，不利海風吹入，所以氣溫就上升的很明顯！大武則是西南風越山後沉降增溫的結果，是輕微的焚風現象。
