日日春：盼市府徵收文萌樓

（中央社台北18日電）日日春協會成員今天向台北市長郝龍斌陳情，希望市府直接徵收「文萌樓」，阻止投機客炒作古蹟。

台北市歸綏街的「文萌樓」是日據時期的公娼館，被列為市定私有古蹟，一樓由推動性交易除罪化的日日春關懷互助協會向屋主租用，但文萌樓於2011年轉賣後，新屋主提告要求日日春遷出，雙方正在打官司。

日日春協會10多名成員上午在市議會門口向郝龍斌陳請，呼籲郝龍斌關心日日春，不要拆掉文萌樓。他們帶著7月底過世的前公娼「麗君」遺照，並表示「麗君」遺願就是期待能把文萌樓給留下。

日日春協會代表說，文萌樓是公娼們及公益團體支持的成果，卻遭古蹟蟑螂用新台幣330萬元買下古蹟當成投資，進而迫害日日春，打算參與都更謀取3000萬以上暴利。

台北市文化局副局長林慧芬今天代表收下請願書。她表示，地主已於15日送交文萌樓管理維護計畫，市府尚未收到，收到後將盡快提文資委員會審議，並依照審議會結論處理。1030818
