柯震東到底有沒有吸毒，今晚終於由其經紀公司群星瑞智老闆柴智屏，發聲明證實，並對自己公司藝人涉入吸毒，對社會造成不良影響，鄭重道歉。

柴智屏在聲明中表示，她是在今天下午在律師陪同下，去了北京東城拘留所，但並沒有看到柯震東，而是在今晚6點半，接到公安電話，告知柯震東已違反「中華人民共和國治安管理處罰法」，遭行政拘留14天，很快就可以讓直系家屬探親。

柴智屏表示當場聽到這消息，幾乎崩潰，因為她完全不能相信，以前也時時告知柯震東，不能接觸毒品，柯震東甚至當面回說：「我答應母親絕對不吸毒！」如今卻造成這遺憾，經紀公司和家人都覺得十分痛心，並認為他既然犯錯，就該接受法律制裁。
