基亞生技股價重挫，部份報導指大股東介入炒股。基亞最大股東云辰電子表示，董事黃子亮及公司並未賣股，今天向北檢提告請求調查是否有禿鷹集團操縱市場。

云辰電子表示，近來平面媒體以專刊報導基亞股價下跌，並利用已經檢察官不起訴的事件，抹黑云辰與黃子亮等人再次藉基亞股票高點出貨。

云辰說，黃子亮不但未賣基亞股票，更補提500張基亞股票作為向銀行質借的擔保品。平面媒體影射云辰公司的董事張姿玲、黃子亮為最大得利者，影響云辰及張姿玲、黃子亮名譽。

云辰並認為，顯示全案恐有禿鷹集團涉入，企圖惡意散佈不實資訊，造成市場恐慌。

云辰與黃子亮表示，他們均因信賴基亞的專業團隊，十餘年來持續給予團隊最大的協助與支持，今年3月間基亞公司股票上漲迄今，未曾賣出過任何基亞股票，日後也將本於初衷，絕對信任基亞的研發團隊。

對於部分媒體未查證，即擅自捕風捉影，影射云辰與黃子亮利用基亞股票波動得利的傳言，造成公司與個人名譽受損，將委任律師採取法律行動，捍衛自身權益。(中央社)
