迦納設基地 補給伊波拉國家

（路透阿克拉29日電）迦納總統府今天發布聲明說，聯合國將以迦納為基地，對受到伊波拉病毒衝擊的國家提供補給。伊波拉疫情已在西非造成1550多人死亡。

聲明說，聯合國秘書長潘基文今天晚上與迦納總統馬哈馬（John Dramani Mahama）通電話，馬哈馬同意讓國際機構以迦納首都阿克拉（Accra）為基地，對受伊波拉疫情影響的國家空運補給和運送人員。

馬哈馬現是西非經濟共同體（ECOWAS）主席。共同體已成立一個互助基金，對抗致命的伊波拉疫情。

迦納總統府聲明說：「以阿克拉作為後勤和協調中心，可打開一條至關重大的走廊，將緊急所需的補給和衛生人員帶到受影響的國家和區域。」中央社（翻譯）
