對俄新制裁 歐盟暫不做決定

（路透赫爾辛基30日電）芬蘭總理史塔布說，歐洲聯盟各國領袖今天在比利時布魯塞爾召開高峰會時，不會就因應烏克蘭危機而對俄羅斯實施的新制裁做出決定。

史塔布（Alexander Stubb）接受芬蘭國家廣播公司（YLE）訪問時說：「烏克蘭情勢這幾天發生了變化，我們勢將討論新的制裁…但我們今天不會就任何新制裁做出決定。」

「如果俄羅斯（在烏克蘭東部）持續採取破壞穩定的作法，我認為制裁的確會加強，但是我希望情況不致如此。」

他又說：「有些國家主張立即加強制裁，也有些國家主張採取比較平靜的作法。」

歐盟和美國7月底宣布制裁俄羅斯，目標鎖定俄國能源、銀行和防務部門。歐盟先前僅對特定個人和組織實施制裁，指控他們與烏克蘭所遭威脅有直接關係。中央社（翻譯）
