愛心捐款哪去了？　專家分析告訴你

台灣人愛心無限，遇到重大災情，往往熱心的捐款捐物資，但日前紅十字會遭質疑行政費用過高，也讓民眾不免好奇自己的愛心捐款到底會被怎樣利用？
 
據「iThome」報導，臺灣公益責信協會發起人兼理事長余孟勳調查台灣前600大基金會發現，其中9成未提供財務報表，剩下的1成中，僅有不到5%提供完整財務報表。余孟勳並揭露台灣在日本311大地震時捐款62億，並未使其他非營利機構的收入減少，不但一般性捐款未減少，甚至因為災難性的捐款，激發對於一般性捐款的金額。
 
而對於外界質疑先前台灣紅十字會行政費用過高的爭議，余孟勳表示，全世界前十大非營利組織，大部分的後勤成本都超過10%，漸凍人協會甚至高達30%，因此要求台灣非營利組織的行政成本為0%是相當不合理的。（隋昊志／綜合報導）
