請問購車合約書上訂購內容欄內有寫: "建議售價多少，實際車價多少(含配件贈送)及一些車子相關規格" 但在"其他約定事項欄"又寫: "保險(實支實付)加丟車賠車險12500，車價議定xxxxxx(xxxxxx為實際車價加10000)" 但以上並沒有寫在訂購內容欄裡那現在我可以喊不保丟車賠車險以實際車價交車嗎? 我的看法是多一萬保丟賠12500算是優惠，那我可以選擇不保嗎？我想法是"其他約定欄"內寫這是用丟車賠車險來綁車價多一萬購車合約書車價可以綁保險(費)嗎? 麻煩版友解惑了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.233.79.68 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1409661144.A.E47.html ※ TPPCMAN:轉錄至看板 Neihu 09/02 20:40
