德國法院今天(2日)宣布，已下令禁止當紅叫車服務「優步」(Uber)，因為該服務缺乏必要的法定營業許可證。
法蘭克福地方法院於上週做出這項判決，但今天才正式公布。對此，優步公司已表示會繼續上訴。
「優步」於2010年首度在舊金山推出手機應用程式，透過衛星定位系統GPS連結，乘客可快速取得運輸服務，無須長時間等待，直接衝擊傳統計程車業者的生計。
目前，「優步」在歐洲各地面臨計程車司機的大規模抗議。在德國柏林，「優步」也遭到當地監管機關的阻礙，但仍甘冒被罰款的風險，繼續提供服務。
