工業局：糕餅業損失50億起

餿水油持續延燒，經濟部長杜紫軍昨天(9/16)在立法院接受質詢時表示，餿水油事件造成的經濟損失粗估占食品業1%，約新台幣50億元，而商譽損失還無法估算。

經濟部工業局民生化工組組長洪輝嵩今天(9/17)表示出問題的油品以豬油類為大宗，影響的範圍多是傳統糕餅業，損失將近50億，其中包含營業損失及銷毀問題商品。洪輝嵩指出，次要影響範圍根據衛福部分析，有超過一千多家業者受到影響，至於還有多少問題油品流入市面，會在兩星期內清查完畢。洪輝嵩指出，目前研判消費者的影響層面會比業者更大。

至於食品業需花多久時間才能恢復原狀，洪輝嵩說:『這一次是一個比較短暫的影響，因為用到有問題的劣質油品的時間大約是三月到八月，現在都已經清空。後面(業者會使用)新的油，把市場重新接上』
