本報訊

在德國法蘭克福上市的福建索力鞋業公司（Ultrasonic）昨天發出聲明指出，公司執行長（CEO）、營運長（COO）捲款潛逃；消息公布後，公司股價一天內暴跌79%。

這起企業高層捲款潛逃案，吸起媒體的關注，包括英國廣播公司（BBC）及中國大陸媒體均報導。

今年年初，另一家在德國註冊的大陸公司─優必勝綠色紙業也曾發生總裁突然失蹤的事件。

索力公司專門從事涼鞋、拖鞋以及休閒鞋的生產和設計，主要針對大陸新興的城市中產階級銷售，索力公司的利潤和銷售額過去一直穩步成長，公司現有1400名員工，超過110家店。

聲明指出，公司執行長、營運長兩人「顯然離家出走，無法聯繫」。索力在大陸和香港的現金也被轉走。

索力公司表示，德國分公司目前還有「六位數」的現金，還能正常應付付款需求。

目前索力的財務長和其他管理人員正在與當局和商業合作人協商，努力澄清事實真相。

索力在2013年底的現金餘額超過1億歐元（近新台幣39.18億元）。公司股價16日在法蘭克福大跌近8成，使公司市值驟減5700萬歐元。(中央社)
