餿水油案 葉文祥不服提抗告

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣17日電）涉及餿油案的強冠董事長葉文祥被羈押，葉文祥的律師昨天提出抗告，屏東地方法院今天上午將抗告書送台灣高等法院高雄分院。

葉文祥13日被屏東地檢署以有湮滅證據、串證及逃亡之虞聲押獲准，葉文祥不服提出抗告。1030917
