環保署長南下 賴清德籲開國安會議

環保署長魏國彥今天下午到台南市政府與市長賴清德會談，討論近期影響國人健康的餿水油問題，以及未來如何管控流動攤商的廢油流向問題；魏表示，廢棄物清理法與資源回收再利用法，二法立法時間相隔甚久，其中有定義模糊，甚至互相扞格之處，環保署研議將二法合一，強化管控油品流向，務求工業用油、飼料用油，不會回到國民食用的食用油範圍內。

台南市長賴清德說，針對餿水油問題，中央不應把責任推給地方，需要中央與地方一起合作，才能為國民的食品安全把關；針對流動攤販的廢油流向，目前中央法規有不足、缺漏之處，環保署也應儘速立法，另外，食安問題已成為國安問題，籲請總統馬英九召開國安會議。
