食安把關 台東縣貼稽查貼紙

（中央社記者盧太城台東縣17日電）為食安把關，台東縣政府即日起全面稽查餐飲業者，稽查合格的業者將發給「食品衛生稽查」貼紙，張貼在顯眼處供消費者參考。

台東縣長黃健庭表示，劣質豬油的食安事件發展至今有擴大影響面的狀況，過去大家享用的美食、日常填飽的食材都受到影響。鄉親憂健康、商家憂生意，縣政府感同身受。

這次劣質豬油事件，台東縣政府訂定4大行動方針，源頭掌握、追查流向、鼓勵檢舉、依法重罰。至目前為止餐飲業者和下游已完全回收無使用。

黃健庭表示，即日起衛生局將動員所有人力，全面至食品、餐飲等店稽查，並設計「食品衛生稽查」貼紙，給予曾稽查且合格的店家標示，重振消費者信心。

另外，台東縣政府也期待中央政府有更全面性的正面作為，在制度與執行面更能維護食安，縣政府衛生行政也會配合提升層級，讓大家吃得安心。1030917
