美國瞻仰遺容 也可得來速

（中央社記者顏伶如波特蘭16日專電）位於密西根州沙吉諾（Saginaw）的1家葬儀社，引用常見於速食店餐廳的「得來速」服務，設立瞻仰遺容窗口，讓民眾不必下車就能致哀。

密西根州新聞網站MLive.com昨天報導，「天堂葬儀禮拜堂」（Paradise Funeral Chapel）日前設立了一個類似速食店的「得來速」（drive-thru）窗口，讓民眾可以不必下車就能瞻仰遺容，表達追思。

每當有車輛靠近，瞻仰專用窗口會自動感應開啟，提供3分鐘時間瞻仰遺容，同時配合播放音樂。窗口旁邊設有簽名簿，還有讓民眾投遞紀念物品或信封的信箱。

葬儀社負責人菲力普斯（Ivan E. Phillips）表示，早在多年前，就已經有了推出瞻仰遺容窗口的構想，但去年一場意外的發生，終於讓他落實計畫。

他說，1名住在養老院的婦人，來不及參加她亡夫的喪禮，甚至沒見到最後一面，「如果我們有這項服務，她就可以瞻仰遺容，所以我知道必須把構想實現出來。」

菲力普斯也表示，許多民眾對葬儀社感到害怕，甚至因此缺席喪禮，如果待在自己車上能夠行禮如儀，就可以減低這方面的問題。1030917
