培訓服務職人 國賓飯店啟動

國賓大飯店推動基層育才計畫，即日起啟動「服務職人培訓計畫」，由總公司人資部規劃貼近營業單位實際作業面的9項服務課程，針對國賓三館、amba、餐飲事業部及1Bite2Go等品牌挑選出之18名種子訓練員進行培訓後，由種子訓練員將所學傳授予基層員工及新進員工。

國賓除了台北、新竹、高雄三家五星級觀光飯店外，亦積極拓展年輕化新品牌風格飯店- amba意舍之版圖，2015年第一季於中山北路、2015年第四季於松山車站、2016年於墾丁將再陸續開創三間amba意舍，明年度包含國賓台北、新竹、高雄三館、二間即將陸續開幕的amba以及館外餐飲品牌，預計將招募300位新血加入。
