新北市政府環保局清潔隊有6500人，升格時包含29區公所計有2000多位臨時人員，102年市府首開先例，也是全台唯一支持臨時清潔隊員，以簡要考試方式提供升任為正式人員，並依排名順序逐一遞補。

市長朱立倫26日上午於議會市政總質詢時明確指出，清潔隊2000多位臨時人員依序遞補，將於105年底前全部升任為正式人員。且亦規劃提高獎金充分照顧辛苦的清潔隊員，將目前6000元獎金提高為8000元。
