新北市政府政風處鑒於有不少財產申報義務人，因不熟悉相關法令規範而未正確申報，為提高申報正確性，減少錯誤發生，將於10月1日至10月27日分別在新店區、三重區及市府行政大樓辦理5場次陽光法案系列說明會。

政風處長李黎顯指出，本次說明會課程包括解說公職人員財產申報法規、填表說明及注意事項、常見錯務態樣及法院裁罰案例等，以幫助本府財產申報義務人熟悉公職人員財產申報法及網路申報系統使用流程，期使在法定期間內能夠更正確、有效率的依法詳實申報。

政風處表示，公職人員財產申報法是我國通過之第一部陽光法案，希望透過財產申報制度，使公職人員之財產能夠透明化、經得起公眾檢視進而建構廉能施政之政府。
