請問是否有人也有遇到類似問題
我是購買i5 256g 用office365軟體
在使用上都沒有問題
但灌入corel deaw X4軟體後
所有有關微軟的app全部無法使用包含onenote
但是office365與corel deaw X4都可正常使用
重置電腦後,他會移除掉office365與corel deaw X4
但我自己還有一台sony vaio執行上述程式都是ok的
偏偏台灣微軟沒有實體店面可處理'
只能依靠又難打通客服
現在我能自求多福'
