我有做過隆乳手術，是在簡單美診所做的，那間診所的隆乳技術還蠻不錯的呀！我覺得醫生和醫護人員態度都超好，諮詢和手術過程中都讓人感覺到他們專業十足！現在有分果凍矽膠隆乳和自體脂肪隆乳，兩種效果做出來都很不錯但方式卻不相同。自體脂肪隆乳是抽取自己身上多餘的脂肪注入都胸部讓胸部可以多增加一些cup，如果有大小胸的困擾還可以靠這方式來改善；果凍矽膠隆乳的話就是放入相同尺寸的義乳，雖然無法改善大小胸的困擾，但是放入義乳也不會有異物感，摸起來也是很自然的！

在做手術前先一定要和醫生做好完整的溝通喔！醫生會仔細的評估你適合做怎樣的隆乳方式，醫護人員會告訴你一些術後的注意事項～所以要好好地聽清楚啊！當然又漏掉的也可以打電話向醫護人員詢問，他們都會很有耐心的再次解說！最後覺得隆乳不是小手術，所以要很仔細的挑選喔！
