不服羈押 頂新2涉案人提抗告

因涉及頂新黑心油案而被法院裁定羈押禁見的頂新前總經理常梅峯和品管組長蔡俊勇，因不服羈押裁定已在14日提出抗告，爭取離開看守所機會；但另名同樣因涉案被羈押的經銷商大幸福負責人楊振益，根據媒體消息指出，疑似自認逃亡、串證等事證明確，因此，傾向放棄抗告。

而雖然目前全台已有13個地檢署對頂新魏家所涉不法事業展開追查，但卻有消息傳出，頂新魏家所擁有的私人飛機竟在敏感時間點偷偷飛往大陸。

根據媒體消息指出，頂新所擁有的編號B-8128及B-8322兩架私人飛機，本來都停放在台北松山機場，但案發後卻悄悄飛往大陸，其中B-8322已飛往北京，而B-8128在昨（14）日原本也一度企圖飛往上海，但最後取消起降。
