Chris Webber是球場上的天才，那，職場上呢？

根據《雅虎運動》報導，Webber已經加入一個頗有潛力的經營團隊，準備買下因老闆Bruce Levenson失言、即將轉手的亞特蘭大老鷹。

Webber退休後擔任轉播單位球評，因工作關係，他在亞特蘭大擁有房地產，雖然他的投資金額不高，該團隊希望藉由他良好的關係達成目的。

老鷹老闆Levenson先前承認自己的電子郵件中以種族歧視的方式分析球迷客群，內容也充斥許多刻板印象。

1993年進入NBA的Webber，在聯盟打滾15年，生涯平均20.7分、9.8籃板，在沙加緬度國王時期的全能身手，至今仍為球迷津津樂道。
