江揆表態 現階段不宜廢死

（中央社記者溫貴香台北17日電）行政院長江宜樺今天說，期待台灣有一天可以不用動用死刑，但當前的台灣應該維持死刑；現階段不宜廢除死刑。

中國國民黨籍立法委員羅淑蕾下午在立法院質詢江宜樺，是否贊成廢除死刑。

江宜樺答詢時表示，他個人認為現階段不宜廢除死刑。

他說，這與他個人的價值觀、看法、判斷等有關，廢除死刑在社會上是一個爭議性話題，而他也期待將來有一天台灣可以不用動用到死刑；若問當前的台灣是否應該維持死刑，他認為應該維持死刑。1031017
