政府不斷宣導開車拒當低頭族，但居然有駕駛是低頭吃泡麵！花蓮有名男子控訴，日前開車時差點被旁邊一輛黑色轎車撞到，男子看了一眼楞住，因為黑色轎車的女駕駛手根本沒放在方向盤上，而是正在大口大口吃泡麵，男子與朋友大喊：「實在太誇張了！」

影片中這名女駕駛正高速行駛，只是她的雙手根本沒放在方向盤上，而是一隻手捧著泡麵的紙碗，另一隻手用筷子夾起泡麵，大口大口吃。差點被她撞到的男駕駛與朋友看到這一幕都傻眼，將過程用手機錄影下來po上網。

花蓮縣交通隊表示，這名女駕駛已經違反道路交通管理處罰條例43條，危險駕車的部分，可處最低6000元，最高2萬4000元的罰緩。網友看到這則影片也紛紛留言：「三寶泡麵」、「神三寶」、「根本車神」、「有這麼餓嗎」。
