大家可以推薦一個power嗎？

大家好，經過大家給的意見後我已經去升級如下了

CPU:INTEL G3258

MB:MSI Z97PC MATE

記憶體：8G

顯示卡:MSI HD 7730

硬碟：INTEL 120G. 一個1T硬碟

現在POWER是技嘉380w(銅牌)

我現在一進BIOS開OC超頻模式就跳了…

心想應該是POWER無法撐過去，所以想請大家推薦一個2000內的POWER

順便想請問一下MSI Z97 PC MATE那裡面的XMP設定作用是？
