【動新聞】加班未休完　僱主須付加班費

《勞動基準法》將有重大修正，未來勞工每天的加班時數，若補休未在半年內休完，將強制僱主折算成加班費。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，現行勞工若加班，勞工可選擇補休或要加班費，但實務上發現勞工選擇補休後，若年度終了沒休完，僱主多半會把勞工的假「作廢」，勞動部昨與學者專家討論後決定提出修法版本，未來每天的加班時數，若選擇補休且未在半年內休完，將強制僱主折算成加班費，這項修法預估將有六百七十萬勞工受惠，預計後年上路。（胡治言／綜合報導）
