立法院司法委員會明天邀請法務部報告「查緝各地賄選及中資透過特定組織與不正利益介入臺灣選舉」，法務部指出，為避免國內賄選或陸資透過特定組織介入選舉，法務部採取3大因應作為，包括建立金融單一聯繫窗口、運用金流分析、陸資介入選舉案件查處方式等。

法務部指出，調查局洗錢防制處為配合各檢察署查賄，從11月14日起至30日為止，提供「大額通貨交易資料」的緊急查詢服務，運用資金流向分析技巧與偵查情資，掌握金流以阻斷買票資金來源。
