中市中醫調理好孕到生下雙胞胎

台中市32歲羅姓婦人因結婚二年未能受孕，經中醫診斷為「痰濕」體質，以月經周期療法配合「化痰祛濕」的體質調理，以及穴道按摩，經4個月調理後懷孕，產下雙胞胎男嬰。

台中榮民總醫院傳統醫學科特約醫師張炯宏說，月經周期療法是以活血理氣藥物，配合月經周期調理，讓生殖內分泌系統恢復生機功能，增加受孕機率。建議準備懷孕的夫妻，減少辛辣、茶、咖啡等刺激性飲料，虛寒體質少吃冰冷與生冷瓜果，壓力較高者，可從事瑜珈、散步等放鬆運動助孕。
