強制排氣熱水器啟動問題

小弟房子為4樓透天，房頂裝設水塔及壓力感應式水壓加壓馬達，而強制排氣熱水器安裝在4樓陽臺，以下問題困擾小弟許久：強排型熱水器應該是水龍頭開啟熱水時，才會啟動熱水器，同時排氣風扇運轉，當熱水使用完畢，風扇仍會運轉一段時間才停止，目前熱水使用上沒有問題，但困擾的是，當水龍頭純粹開啟冷水時，結果熱水器竟也啟動，同時風扇也開始運轉，一段時間後才停止，小弟猜想，會不會是因為開水後，加壓馬達運轉，使得水壓加大，將水流強壓進入熱水器，進而啟動風扇運轉，若然，小弟應該如何解決?麻煩版上高手幫忙，謝謝!
