標題[請問] 硬碟平均存取時間的算法??

對一每秒６０轉之硬碟，假設它的找尋時間(seek time)為１０毫秒（millisecond)，它 的平圴存取時間（average access time)為何？ 為什麼是18.3毫秒？ 找過網路上資源，個人算法是存取的時間+找到資料的時間=26.6 不懂如何列式算出18.3ms的!!求解 -- ◢ ◣ ▊ ▊ ▊ ▊ ◢◣ ◢◣ ▊ ▊ ▊███ ◣ ◣ ◢█
