請推薦重訓椅

因為小弟是屬於Home Gym一族

原本都是拿家裡的長木板凳來練

老婆看久了覺得椅子太硬我背會不舒服(其實是不會啦)

所以趁這個月我生日他想要送我

但他看了很久的網拍他問我我對品牌實在也沒fu

爬過文以後還是霧煞煞

所以來詢問各位大大

他的預算大概是5000元台幣多幾千我可以自己出

希望能夠是做啞鈴握舉、仰臥起坐等基本家裡動作

如果可以附加羅馬椅功能是最好的

畢竟家裡板凳無法拿來當羅馬椅

再請各位大大推薦一下
