台中市長當選人林佳龍上午召開一級主管共識會議，媒體詢問他對於新北市長朱立倫提出憲政改革的看法，林表示認同，但他也提到，修憲必須要超過四分之三的立委通過，還要通過公民複決等程序，勢必要超越黨派進行政黨協商，困難度相當高，但也是朱市長所面臨的挑戰，必須提出實際作為，否則恐淪為政治口號。
