大大你這樣貼圖是看不出來的，都是評估你這樣說也是沒錯，可能是樓上也有可能是冷氣。要知道答案就是敲開來看吧。

漏水有間接性嗎? 24小時? 還是晚上比較明顯?

晚上可能就是樓上浴室~

如果是開冷氣才會就是冷氣~

如果是下雨就是外牆~

24小時就可能自家水管漏~要不就樓上漏

敲開就有答案了
