大樓停車場鐵捲門常故障

事實上, 昨天又壞了, 昨天下午修到晚上10點還沒搞定, 今天還是故障狀態.....

我看板上有前輩提到要將鐵捲門打開, 由管理員管控或是採用柵欄管控, 但是廠商又跟我說, 鐵捲門不要一直打開, 捲起來鐵捲門更容易故障!?

他這樣回答, 我們就陷入死胡同了, 一直開開關關容易燒馬達, 捲起來又會搞壞鐵捲門(壞哪裡不知道).....
