金控大股東 11位質押逾五成

根據金管會最新對外揭露的資訊，2014年11月底止，國內金控公司董監事及大股東持股質押比率超過50%者，增至11位。

包括國泰金、開發金、玉山金、台新金、新光金、中信金及第一金等七家金控公司的11位董監事或大股東。

其中有五位董事及監察人，持股質押比率達90%以上，持股質押比率八成的董監事或大股東，則有一位。

至於全體董監事持股質押比率超過50%者，則有開發金及中信金兩家。另外，有富邦金、兆豐金、國票金、永豐金、合庫金、日盛金及台灣金等七家金控公司全體董監持股質押比率掛零。
