基隆民進黨議員立法院聲援學生

民進黨9名基隆市議員19日上午北上立法院聲援抗議學生，要求服貿逐條審查訴求。市議員蔡適應表示，希望國民黨不要硬來，一定要重視學生表達的訴求。黨籍議員有感於學生都站出來為台灣發聲，因此北上立法院為學生加油打氣。

蔡適應表示，民進黨堅持服貿要逐條審查，不能讓國民黨黑箱作業，應進入實質審查，重啟談判。
