企業重實作 技職生出頭

（中央社記者張銘坤、曾雅琦台北19日電）企業徵才不限於一般大學生，技職教育的科技大學學生也是企業熱門人選，這次國立台北科技大學徵才博覽會約108家企業參與，提供3500個職缺 。

北科大徵才博覽會職缺以電子科技業、基礎產業為大宗，開出大學畢業新台幣3萬5000元、碩士4萬5000元薪資，像台積電、華碩等知名企業也進駐博覽會徵才。

台北科技大學校長姚立德說，這次徵才博覽會除了提供學生職缺名額外，許多企業也提供實習機會， 像校內也長期推動產學合作計畫，與台北電腦公會等其他知名企業合作，提供學生實習機會，並推動實習後再就業的計劃。1030319
