軍隊也可升學考證照！

為推動募兵誘因，以後軍隊也可升學考證照，不用擔心退伍以後找不到工作。陸戰九九旅今天與和春技術學院執行長羅世雄，簽署「配合募兵制協助官士兵在營就學策略聯盟合作備忘錄」，協助在營的官、士、兵提供更多就學、就業機會。
