乳膠漆的顏色是否要挑比色卡的再深一點?

請問乳膠漆的顏色是否要挑比色卡選中的顏色的再深一點的色?
爬文看很多DIY的文章,似乎都是不如預期的顏色,結果都是比預期偏淡,
因為加水稀釋的關係嗎?

目前想要用得利竹炭乳膠漆-大地褐來重新粉刷臥房的四面牆(不刷天花板維持白色),
避免顏色淡的問題是否要改選擇顏色更深一點的木屋褐比較適合?

另外請問乳膠漆的加水比例是否1/10就好? (加太多太稀,沒加水太稠會有刷痕?)
因為還有家俱在,所以要求減少漆料漏滴的問題,是否培克刷是最好解決方案?
(油漆行老闆建議用大隻的羊毛平面刷就好,但是感覺會刷很久)

請給小弟一點意見
