求助 asus pu401la 指紋辨識和藍芽衝突

小弟前幾天購入asus商用筆電(pu401la) 開啟指紋辨識系統後，新增的藍芽滑鼠就會被自動刪除，一旦關閉指紋辨識系統，就沒有上述問題，問過原廠技師，說從沒遇過類似問題，要我上網更新藍芽驅動，照做了，但結果相同，目前只好放棄指紋辨識，想請問各位先進，不知道是否有解決之道，謝謝！(藍芽滑鼠分別試過microsoft的和羅技的，結果都一樣)
補充：作業系統是原廠預安裝的win7
