烏東2州宣布獨立　UN譴責加劇緊張

烏克蘭東部兩州，毗鄰俄羅斯的頓內次克與盧甘斯克，在自治公投高票通過後，當地隨即宣告獨立，頓內次克民兵團體「頓內次克共和國」領導人普西林表示還將要求加入俄羅斯。

另外聯合國方面12日指出，這兩州公投加劇緊張局勢。聯合國秘書長發言人杜加里克表示，民眾表達訴求的合理管通應是通過基輔當局和地方組織的對話。

不過支持盧甘斯克州公投的人士稱，計劃向聯合國申請承認其獨立。而聯合國大會之前已通過決議，強調支持烏克蘭的主權獨立和領土完整。烏克蘭官方表示，絕不承認烏東部兩州公投結果。美國、歐盟等西方國家和組織也紛紛表示不會承認公投結果。俄羅斯官方表示尊重兩州民眾通過公投表達的意願。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
