台灣證券交易所表示，自2012年 7月起綜合券商全面採行資本適足率進階計算法，使證券市場風控與巴賽爾資本協定接軌，證交所也將為券商開課及測驗。

證交所指出，券商自有資本適足比率，指合格自有資本淨額除以經營風險約當金額後以百分比表示，用以衡量券商能以自有資本承擔損失的程度；依現行規定，該比率不得低於150%，若欲開辦某些新種業務，則不得低於200%。

證交所表示，本次訓練課程與測驗內容包括券商資本適足制度架構介紹、市場風險(含利率、權益、外匯及商品)、信用風險、作業風險及合格自有資本計算方式；主要受訓對象包括各綜合券商總公司辦理資本適足比率申報作業相關財務會計、內部稽核或風控人員。

證交所指出，券商自有資本適足比率進階計算法訓練課程，有助於券商相關風控人員瞭解自有資本適足比率規範，進一步提升風控能力。(中央社)
