（中央社華盛頓12日綜合外電報導）美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）今天說，美國與其他國家都非常關切中國大陸在南海的「挑釁」行動。

大陸5月1日在爭議海域設置鑽油平台以來，大陸與越南緊張對峙至今，雙方互控對方惡意撞船，越南還公布大陸船隻撞擊越船的影帶。

美聯社報導，凱瑞在國務院與新加坡外交部長尚穆根（K. Shanmugam）會面前表示：「我們希望看到制定行為守則，我們希望看到透過海事法、透過仲裁、透過任何其他管道和平解決，而不是正面對峙與挑釁行動。」

凱瑞亟欲看到東南亞國家與大陸就南海行為守則達成共識，尚穆根也表達了同樣的看法。

尚穆根說：「我們需要看到，各方以大家都能接受的方式解決爭端與歧見。」

越南要求大陸撤離鑽油平台，但陸方以這片海域「從古至今」就是大陸領土為由拒絕。根據越南國家媒體，越南巡邏船與數艘大陸船隻昨天在這片海域拿水柱互相攻擊。（譯者：中央社鄭詩韻）1030513
