南投市樹枝堆置場沼氣自燃引投訴

南投縣南投市清潔隊「樹枝堆置場」一連4天引發沼氣自燃，引來民眾抱怨。13日縣府環保局接獲民眾投訴前往稽查，清潔隊長黃政寬指出，樹枝堆置場設在已封場復育的舊垃圾掩埋場旁，應是腐葉沼氣在高溫晴忽雨下激增引發自燃造成，並非清潔隊員故意放火；清潔隊已動用挖土機及水車滅火，14日將全面開挖灌水。
