（軍聞社記者周昇煒臺北16日電）針對劉姓民人陳情「軍法不公權益受損」乙事，國防部後備指揮部今日表示，針對劉員個人涉法行為，全程依法辦理，作業程序並無不當；另有關其提出訴願及權保相關問題，將循法定管道配合協助處理。

　國防部後備指揮部指出，劉員於民國92年任職前臺南縣後備司令部少校動員官期間，竊取機敏裝備密碼卡，經司法最高法院以「竊取軍用武器或彈藥之外軍用物品罪」，判處1年8個月有期徒刑定讞，現已服刑期滿。
