前消防署長黃季敏另涉兩宗圍標採購

前消防署長黃季敏官司纏身，調查局北機站又查出，黃利用署長職務權力，圖利兩家廠商圍標無線電通訊採購案，今天搜索4家涉案廠商，約談黃與胞兄黃文宙共13人；黃季敏否認有圖利廠商或收賄，晚間被移送台北地檢署複訊。
