F-馬光澄清：並非馬光中醫母公司

F-馬光（4139）今日針對媒體報導作出澄清，報導中指出：台灣馬光連鎖中醫診所爆發詐領健保費，F-馬光保健控股公司發言人表示，台灣馬光連鎖中醫診所並非馬光保健控股股份有限公司旗下之子公司或分公司，營運及財務等各項運作皆各自獨立。此外，該案已進入司法程序，馬光本於尊重司法，馬光保健控股股份有限公司不作其他評論，待司法偵查終結後，再作適當說明。目前馬光保健控股股份有限公司營運一切正常，對於公司之財務業務並無重大影響。
