18歲鄭姓男子在鄭捷犯下北捷連續殺人案後第三天，上網在個人臉書發表「我要殺人在火車上」、「我要在捷運殺人」、「我想淦一班大事情」等言論，遭網友檢舉；新北地檢署調查時，鄭承認犯錯，表示只是覺得好玩，沒有真的要殺人，被警察找上門後已深深反省。

檢方指出，鄭沒有前科、年紀尚輕，一時失慮涉犯刑法，已有悔意；今天依妨害秩序罪給予緩起訴處分一年，並須服40小時的義務勞務。
