事情發生在我的母親身上，
以前我舅舅用各種理由逼他們姐妹蓋章放棄財產分配，
後來等土地值錢每個兄弟都賣掉分到幾億，
當初答應的一些補償也從來沒實現過。
雖然我媽嘴巴唸但是看在兄長份上也是從來沒去吵過！

前陣子家產分到剩祖厝，
其中一個舅舅因為過逝又沒子女，
所以他的持份分到每個兄弟姐妹身上。
我媽也因此才分到幾坪。

但過分的是舅舅想要把整個祖厝處理掉，
就開始各種手段甚至找律師出面，
一開始說鄰居都賣2,30萬一坪叫我們賣給他。
我們回說不然我用2,30萬買你們的持份，
後來又放話說若沒跟著一起賣建商，
到時候法院會把整個土地拍賣，
他到時候口袋準備錢把他給在買回。

我是嗤之以鼻印象中沒這種法律，
想問熟知這類處理的人，
若是其他兄弟佔60坪，但母親只佔1or2坪，
這樣會有什麼情況或法院處理方式？
